Accela Citizen Access leverages payment configuration within Accela Automation and enables you to provide payment services online. You configure most online payments in Accela Automation and set up additional options for Accela Citizen Access.
After your agency has configured online payments for Accela Automation, you must customize the associated online payment web pages in Accela Citizen Access. Refer to “Customizing Web Pages Associated with Fees” in the “Fees and Online Payments” chapter of the Accela Citizen Access Administrator Guide for a list of pages that require customization.
